The UMIACS Help Desk has reopened with limited onsite presence as of Monday, June 15th, 2020 in response to University Research entering phase 1 of reopening. This has continued into phase 2 of reopening which began on Monday, August 24th, 2020.

We will have limited on-site personnel during our normal 9am-5pm operational hours. We are offering scheduled curbside pickup/drop-off during the hours of 11am-2pm M-F as detailed here:
